Lawyer Xu Changhuan graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China and passed the National Judicial Qualification Examination in 2003. He began to work as a full-time lawyer in Liaoning Xianhe Law Firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2011. He joined Liaoning Sincerus Law Firm in 2012 and has become one of its core partners.
