Lawyer Qu shoujun graduated from the international trade Dept of China University of Political Science and Law in 1986 and was granted the National Lawyer’s Qualification in 1987. He worked in Dalian foreign related economic law firm from 1986 till 1992 and worked as as a full-time lawyer in Liaoning Xianhe Law Firm from 1992 till 2011, He joined Liaoning Sincerus Law Firm in 2012 and has become one of its core partners and worked as its director from 2012 till 2018.
In 1994, Lawyer Qu shoujun went to H.K to work and study in law Firm for a year after passing the examination of the law society of U.K. and the law society of H.K. organized by Justice department of P.R.C. He has published professional articles about L/C in journal and received high comments from relative professionals.
